Shipping Information

Pricing is for orders within the continental United States. All other orders will becalculated on a per order basis. Your order inormally shipped directly to you.  Invitations Plus offers the option for merchandise pickup.  If you live in or near Amador County,  CA. you can choose store pickup. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.  A $3.00 refund on shipping will be issued when picking up your order.

Orders are shipped via Fed Ex ground or Fed Ex 2nd day to every address in the contiguous 48 states. Some companies will use UPS ground  and USPS. Please call us for any questions regarding shipping or estimates on next day shipping.

*Note  Some orders will require additional shipping charges depending on their weight.  We will call you if your order is one of those with additional extra weight before processing your order.

• Sales Tax of 8.75% will be applied to all CA. orders.

Shipping is FREE on all holiday cards from Chatsworth Collection if picked up at Invitations Plus.
For direct delivery, there will be a charge of $6.00

Chatsworth Collection offers a special shipping rate on Holiday Cards regardless of weight.

* A refund of $3.00 on all orders will be applied if merchandise is picked up at  Invitations Plus. 

The shipping fees are estimates only.  It is possible that some items will have extra weight, and in that case, Invitations Plus will call you with the additional shipping fees before placing your order.
                                          

Return Policy
Invitations Plus Online is happy to accept returns for un-used or defective merchandise.  Personalized items, either printed, embroidered, or engraved are not returnable. (unless the  merchandise IS defective, or the company has made a mistake). Returns must be made within 5 days of purchase.

Invitations Plus Online does not offer refunds after 7 days from the date you received the order. You will receive credit for the price of the products returned plus any taxes minus the original shipping costs. As long as products are returned within 7 days of the delivery date, restocking fees will be waived for any defective products or caused by a shipping error. Your credit card will be credited within 10 business days of receiving your return shipment. Due to variations in administrative practices of credit card companies, please allow up to two full billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

We will ask you to include a copy of your original packing slip invoice with a return number that we will give you, along with a short note telling us why you're returning the item. Return shipments that do not meet the above will be refused and returned.
